AB4IR is a Digital Innovation, Incubation and Technology Hub dedicated to empowering youth calcified as Not in Employment, Education and Training (NEET), women, people living with disabilities and marginalized communities through technology and innovation. We provide hands-on training, business incubation, and mentorship to help individuals thrive in the ICT and creative industries. Our goal is to bridge the gender, digital, and racial divides by creating opportunities for everyone to participate in the digital economy. We run impactful programs like the Digital Youth Festival and Women in ICT and Technology Summit (W-WIITS), which foster digital skills and promote inclusivity. We also have Kid Coders program which introduces learners aged 10 and 15 years to the exciting world of coding, inspiring the next generation of tech innovators.

We operate within township communities, offering high-end facilities including state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated spaces such as a gaming and animation studio, training facilities, office spaces, and a boardroom. This unique setup allows us to deliver quality education and business support directly to underserved communities, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship locally.
Through strategic partnerships with local and international organizations, AB4IR ensures that our beneficiaries have access to the best resources and opportunities, enabling them to become skilled professionals and successful entrepreneurs in the ICT sector. By participating in the Africa Tech Startup Forum, AB4IR aims to leverage new opportunities to enhance our programs, expand our impact, and further our mission of creating an inclusive digital economy. This we aim to achieve through but not limited to the below:
