Azonto is on a mission to supply the world with young talent. As the only continent with a growing working-age population, Africa presents unique opportunities for international employers. However, identifying top talents among thousands of applications remains challenging for international employers. Azonto solves this by building an AI-powered learning and recruitment platform, helping international employers to hire exceptional young talent from emerging markets.

Product Description

We help international employers tap into Ghana’s talent pool. To begin with, we’re focusing on English-speaking salespeople and service personnel but our ambition is to expand into more professions and languages. We do this in two ways (1) Sales outsourcing: We hire, train, and rent out sales talent that does their work from our office in Weija-Accra. (2) Sales recruiting: We screen, train, and shortlist sales talent on behalf of international employers so that they know who they should interview and hire.

Company Goals

We want to get in contact with Korean employers looking for English-speaking talent. Either sales talent or service personnel. Either to bring them to their office in Korea or to outsource some of their sales/service activities to our office in Accra. We’d also like to explore if there are specific investors in Korea focused on startups trying to solve the Korean talent shortage.
